Governance

The Australia Ukraine Chamber of Commerce (AUCC) is committed to transparent, accountable, and effective governance. Our governance framework ensures that all activities align with our mission to support and promote strong business ties between Australia and Ukraine.

Our Governance Structure

  • Executive Committee
The Committee provides strategic direction and oversight for the Chamber. Committee Members are responsible for ensuring the Chamber operates in accordance with its Constitution and complies with all legal and regulatory obligations.

  • Office Bearers
The Office Bearers manage the day-to-day operations, implementing the Board’s strategic decisions, and ensuring that programs and services are delivered effectively to our members.

  • Sub-committees
Sub-committees may be formed to focus on specific areas such as events, membership, and advocacy. These committees report directly to the Board and help drive initiatives that support our mission.
